Hi there! My name is Amaka, and I am an Igbo girl. My name, Amaka, means ‘beautiful’ in Igbo language. I am from the Eastern part of Nigeria, where we grow fruits like oranges, mangos, pineapples, guavas, and more! Some popular attractions in the region include Ogbunike cave in Anambra state and Nike Lake in Enugu State.

I am from the Eastern part of Nigeria, which has five states: Anambra, Imo, Abia, Enugu, and Ebonyi. My best friend is Ronke. Ronke and I go to the same school. We both have a lot in common; we swim, dance, and love reading. My favorite classes are math, chemistry, and physics. People tell me I am inquisitive, and I ask way too many questions. That is only because I am curious about the world, and I want to be a scientist.
